Secure Shopping

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Credit/debit card details are processed instantly and then deleted from our systems.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and for marketing and accounting purposes. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to The Data Controller, Panda Electric Services , 5 Buckingham Place, Downend Bristol BS16 5TN. A small fee of £25 will be payable.

Delivery Promise

All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply by courier. We will make every effort to supply the goods to you on the stated delivery date, but this date is an estimate only. We will not be liable for any losses incurred by you for any delay in delivery. You must ensure that the delivery is able to take place by making certain that there is an authorised person available to check and sign for the goods, and that the delivery address given is accessible. If no- one is available to accept the goods and they are returned to us, we will expect the customer to cover all costs on the return of the goods to us and any redelivery.

Delivery prices quoted are to UK mainland addresses only, for other countries and regions please contact us.

Faulty Goods & Transit Damage

All waste disposal units that we supply have at least a one year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers mechanical breakdown and apply to original purchaser. Please note that it does not include incorrect installation or customer misuse. If you believe that you have a faulty unit please contact the relevant manufacturer for repair, or replacement.

Do not install the unit if it appears damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of your problem and verify the details of the situation in writing within 72 hours.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Colour Reproduction

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correct on our website. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind, you must notify us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days of placing the order. We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. You are responsible for the goods when they are in your property. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of any goods to us. If goods are not returned unused and in brand new condition we reserve the right to consider the goods “second hand” and offer an appropriate refund offer. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
